Presentation preparation

In preparation for our living museum presentation on this upcoming Thursday, we had a pair of grade six students share their living museum project with our class in a fish bowl viewing today.  Finn and Sharkey explained, in character, the remarkable lives of Sacagewea, and Mary Kingsley.  They were so keen to share the details of their own lives, and adventures that it was just like meeting these remarkable women from history.  Each of them got their audience involved so that they could show, not just tell, about their experiences, and even had them reenact events from their lives.  Our goal this week is to prepare our own "acts" for Thursday.  Students should be trying to rehearse and practise at home when possible.
