The holidays are drawing near, and that means big plans for most of the members of Room 308. However, while many of us look forward to family visits, good food, and fun in the snow, Romeo and Juliet have no plans for their winter break. Romeo and Juliet are fire-bellied toads, and they have
been living at Churchill (in Ray's classroom) for four years now. If anyone is able to open their homes up to these adorable pets for the winter break please contact Ray to make arrangements. They are simple to care for, and if you can provide them with a few live crickets every couple of days, and a space that is room temperature, they will reward you in the late afternoon with quiet frogsongs. Won't you give a frog a home for the holidays?

We miss Romeo and Juliet--it was a pleasure having them. The first time I heard their quiet chirping, I spent quite a while searching for the source :)
