Please make sure that you have read over the information package that was sent home regarding the upcoming MacSkimming trip. These forms need to be returned by Wednesday if your child is going to attend. Parent volunteers are needed. In keeping with the cooperative traditions of the school, families are asked to share in the arrangement of the food for the overnight. Cheryl is organizing donations to complete our shopping list. When dropping your student and their overnight gear off at school on the morning of the trip you are asked to drop your food donation off with the parent volunteers in the main lobby of the school where they will check you off of the list.
This promises to be one of the highlights of the year, and, rain or shine, it will build memories for the students that will last a lifetime. Please contact me if there are any questions. If your child can not make the trip for any reason please let me know. We have made a number of arrangements in the past to accommodate student needs, or scheduling conflicts, and can do so again if need be.
Thank you, Ray
