Math Freaks Came Out Last Night!

Our second ever Family math night at Churchill was an absolute success, from the wonderful costumes that walked through the door, to the great activities that the students of Room 308 facilitated, to the positive attitude and praise that we were given by everyone who attended.  Today was a day for us all to look back and feel a sense of pride in what we accomplished.  In our circle meeting many students commented on the families they saw working on math together, and having a fun time of it.  We all noticed how hard many of us worked at the event, and we talked about how great it feels to know the effort you put in was really appreciated.
We helped make math a family event for over forty families last night, and approx 150 people (including us), so well done all around.
