Today room 308 went to a hydro presentation with the rest of the school. The presentation was run by Hydro Ottawa. We learned how to be safe around electricity. At the presentation we also found out what we sould and shouldn't do around electricity. We were also told story's about other children and how the were hurt because of not using electricity proporly. We saw that lighting is also dangerous. We saw that home items are bad to use in proporly to. Some of the things that we shouldn't do are:

1.stay in your car if your in an accident with electricity
2.unplug a toaster when trying to get something out of it
3.turn off your lights when you leave a room (even if it's only for a minute
4.chek the buttons on the out lits every month
5.if there is a problem with your hydro call "Hydro Canada"
